The Office of Child and Family Services at the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services has partnered with subject matter experts to provide technical assistance for school-based mental health programming, service provision, and direct services.

This session will focus on how mental health professionals can support students, families, and school personnel after a behavioral health hospitalization. Participants will be able to leave with the groundwork to an effective Hospital to School Transition Protocol to assist in school-wide communication and collaboration with youth, families and behavioral health providers.
