Flipping Houses vs Rental Property Investing: Which is Best? This is a question many new real estate entrepreneurs ask themselves. In this video we talk about why we think rental property is one of the best ways to build long term wealth.

Flipping houses can make you rich but it won't make you wealthy unless you figure out how to make your money work for you and create a long term passive income. Rental property is one of the best ways to do this. When you invest in property you build yourself a long term passive income stream that pays you every month.

You do not get this with flipping houses. Once you flip the house you will only get paid once. Do not get me wrong. This can be a great way to earn a large active income. If you can do a hybrid of both you will do great. However, just flipping houses and never parking your money for long term passive income is a mistake in my opinion.
