This is a 5 minute yoga for all levels and perfect for mornings or anytime you need a boost of energy or simple movement. This sequence is more faced paced so feel free to slow the speed of it down to 2x if it's too fast.
This is also a remake of my Energizing 5 Minute Morning Yoga Flow ([ Ссылка ]). I remade this 5 min yoga sequence to better suit my teaching style now. I believe each of my older classes can feel outdated and somewhat inaccessible so i would like to overtime do my best to refilm and recreate each of my older classes to match more my views today as a teacher and guide.
