There is no age bar in starting a startup. In fact, I am perpetually impressed by 30+, 40+, and even 50+-year-olds starting their startups either pushed by mid-life crisis or just wanting to fulfill a higher purpose. either way, they tend to be far more serious, skilled, ethical and networked than a 20-year-old. So lots of advantages. Some disadvantages too but can be overcome easily as stated in this video.
