Focusing on the work and study has become a really difficult task in today's society!
Here I discuss the different ways you could force yourself to focus and become more productive as a result in your job, studies, hobbies, and so on!
Breakdown:
1) Take Turmeric Supplements 0:29
I'm not a health expert, but these things do work! Taking turmeric daily has helped me focus on my tasks and has led to a general increase in optimal brain function.
2) Stay away form your phone 1:07
This really helps because the modern day smart phone has become a drug which so many of us are addicted to. When doing your work, put your phone in another room (at least 10 ft away from you) in order to work continuously without distractions.
3) Meditate in the Morning 1:52
"If you don't have 10 minutes, you don't have a life." - Tony Robbins
Take just 10 minutes out of your day in order to meditate by doing deep breathing and mind clearing while sitting on the floor. This will drastically aid you in focusing on all the tasks you have ahead of you for the day.
4) Eat Less Sugar 2:39
Sugar makes us jittery and hyper so I'd say it's best to consume much less than you're already consuming as it will help you both mentally and physically.
5) Workout Early in the Morning
Working out early in the morning boosts your energy and positive hormones which will aid your ability to be focused and productive for the upcoming day. You'll feel energized and refreshed for the entire day after implementing this!
6) Stop worrying about others 4:26
The biggest reason we get distracted most of the time is because we're too busy thinking about others and what they're doing. If you have an assignment to do and you know your friends are going to a music concert, of course you'll have the concert on your mind! It's human nature to worry about what others are doing and I suggest avoiding it in order to aid your future self become successful! You will never fulfill any of your goals if you constantly think of others first.
