The stickiness test for G-ænial A’CHORD: does it stick or not?
In this video we test the stickiness of G-ænial A’CHORD compared to a conventional competitor composite. We take class I cavities from a model and some composite from a syringe and start applying the filling procedure. We use a conventional composite instrument. For the competitor composite it is easily noticeable that the composite sticks to the instrument. This makes its handling trickier and cumbersome. On the other hand G-ænial A’CHORD does not stick to the instrument. It applies easily and modelling can be performed with efficiency. G-ænial A’CHORD handles very well with an instrument in the posterior area or with a brush in the anterior area. Sculpting or brushing is a breeze with this composite. This is possible thanks to the unique technology combination used in G-ænial A’CHORD, with a monomer that avoids stickiness thanks to no hydrogen bonding unit in the chemical chain.
