Galactic Conquest Sector 4 Hard (LV) - 3 Star ONLY No Feats - No GLs

I have some ideas for the feats, I just need a few specific data disks which I’m hoping I’ll get in sector 5. I attempted to hit 200K damage with the Troopers using a range of offence enhancing disks, but could only manage ~120K.
