This patient came to us 10 days after the RTA with complaints of difficulty in opening the mouth. She also complained of pain in the entire right side of the face, the side of the accident.
On closer examination and after CBCT, she was fund to have zygomatico orbito Maxillary fracture - in simple terms fracture of her cheek bone. This along with her arch was fractured.
This video was taken a few minutes before she was administered general anesthesia before the surgery.
