It was one year ago when the first presumptive case of COVID-19, which later was confirmed, was reported in Ontario. Since then, life has changed more than anyone would have guessed 366 days ago.

From lockdowns to a state of an emergency, business closures and reopenings, Ontarians have had to adjust to what many health officials often called the "new normal."
