(13 Mar 2018) Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov says Russia "is not to blame" for the poisoning of an ex-Russian spy in Britain.
Speaking to journalsits on Tuesday, he said Russia is demanding access to samples of the nerve agent that was to poison Sergei Skripal.
Meanwhile Britain's leaders are trying to build international support as they respond to the poisoning.
British Prime Minister Theresa May has said it is "highly likely" Russia was involved in the poisoning of 66-year-old Sergei Skripal and his 33-year-old daughter, Yulia. Both remain in critical condition.
