Rule 1. You Cannot roll 0: The Dice are meant to be read 1-100 NOT 0-99
Rule 2. The dice are Siquencial, not Additive. The 10 dice is a position, not a number.
The unique case is 00, 0. Where this is read as 100 because Both the 10s place and the 1s place is 0. Rendering the dice combinations as per rule 1 set to 100.
