This video was taken in June 2018, sometime after Hurricane Irma had created damages to homes in Lee County, FL. This one needed tons of work to be done and with what the bank wanted... we ended up deciding to pass on it. However, Lora's vote for the cement flower boxes... would've been to remove and replace for better curb appeal AND remove the iron fortress which was unwelcoming.
