Emasculation...it's a very popular topic at the moment "women emasculating men", but you are the creator of your feelings and placing your wellbeing and emotional stability in the hands of another person is both setting yourself up for being triggered or feeling emasculated and ending up stuck as the victim of an evil perpetrator.

In this episode I explain why this is just not true. Your masculine confidence and sense of self worth is something you create and manage every moment of every day and it's one through the way you think about yourself and the power or importance you give other people and their opinions to dictate how you think of yourself.
