Round 2: Sweat Boxing - Boxing Drill + 45-second Jump Rope OR Boxing Drill Build Finisher
Round 3: Sweat Kicking - Kicking Drill + 1 minute Jump Rope OR Kicking Drill Build Finisher
Round 4: Sweat Kickboxing - Combo (punches and kicks) + 1 minute Jump Rope OR Kickboxing Build Finisher
Round 5: Sweat Box AMRAP - 5 minutes As Many Rounds As Possible
Round 6: Post-Fight Cool Down
