कांद्याच्या पातीचा झुणका बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• २ मोठे चमचे तेल
• १ चमचा जिरं
• १ चमचा मोहरी
• चिमूटभर हिंग
• बारीक चिरलेली लसूण
• चिरलेली कांद्याची पात
• १/२ चमचा हळद
• १ चमचा लाल तिखट
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १/२ कप बेसन

Let’s make kandyachya paticha zunka today. This is a very easy and simple recipe. It can be a good alternative to your regular zunka or pithale. This is a real quick recipe. Those who don’t like kandyachi pat, will love this zunka. This is a perfect dish to go with bhakri or chapati. Try this recipe at home and write to me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds
• A pinch of Hing
• Finely chopped Garlic
• Chopped spring Onion
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cup Besan
Method:
• Heat up oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
• When cumin seeds splutter, add mustard seeds and let them pop up.
• Add hing, garlic and fry well until it gets light golden color.
• Add spring onion and fry well.
• Add turmeric powder and red chili powder and fry it well together.
• Add salt and mix well. When the spring onion releases moisture add besan.
• Cover and steam it well.
• Make sure you don’t mix the besan with spring onion.
• Open the lid and mix everything well together.
• Fry the zunka well for about 3-4 minutes. Kandyachya paticha zunka is ready.
• You can have it with jawar bhakri or bara bhakri.
