I've had several people ask me how I make my Goose jerky so I figured Id make a video and post it. I have 3 ways I do it. This will be the first of 3 videos. This is the most basic, easiest way to do it. The packets came from Cabela's. Just head over to their grill section and your see the boxes you can choose from.
Remember to take your time when prepping the meat and don't rush the process. Your meat will turn out much better.
