High protein lentil salad ✨

If you love salads during summers, you should definitely try this refreshing, high protein lentil salad. It takes less than 15mins to make. It is great for lunch boxes or for light dinners.
Recipe ✨( serves 2 )
1/2 cup horse gram
100g feta cheese
1 medium cucumber
10 cherry tomatoes
1 small onion
Salad dressing ✨
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp honey
Salt as per taste
Start by washing and soaking the lentils overnight. Pressure cook it for 3 whistles. If you don’t have time to soak the lentils, pressure cook for 6-8 whistles.
Into a bowl add the cooked lentils, veggies, feta cheese along with the salad dressing. Mix everything well and serve. It tastes the best when served cold.
