It's time for the Mopin festival and to celebrate it Sakshi is making an Arunachal Pradesh delicacy - Bamboo Shoot Stir Fry. Follow her step by step recipe and let us know how it turns out.
Ingredients
250 gms - Tender bamboo shoots
1 ½ tsp - fenugreek seeds
1 cup - French Beans
1 cup - broccoli cut in large florets
2 tbsp - mustard oil
Salt to taste
2 – Fresh Red chilies
1 cup - Carrot
Garnish
Edible flowers & Micro Greens
Method
Chop French beans Peel a carrot. And slice it. Take out florets of broccoli. Now, cut Bamboo Shoots into Medium to small cubes. Put mustard oil in a pan and heat and then slit a red chilies Add fenugreek seeds, red chilies and the beans, carrot, and broccoli – cook till al dante. Put bamboo shoots in the pan and cook on slow flame. Add salt, stir until dry and then serve. Garnish with edible flowers and micro greens.
