Ingredients:
eggplants - 2 pieces
tomatoes - 2 pieces
mozzarella - 150 g (5.3 oz)
for the sauce:
olive oil - 50 ml (⅕ cup)
garlic - 3 cloves
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 3 g (0.11 oz)
sweet paprika - 3 g (0.11 oz)
thyme - 3 g (0.11 oz)
basil - 3 g (0.11 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/20 minutes
