Sharing another Easy and Healthy Steam Tofu recipe. This Steamed Tofu with Minced Pork is very healthy and comforting and delicious with a warm bowl of rice. Do try it!
Ingredients:
150 grams minced pork/chicken/beef 150克猪肉碎,也可以用鸡肉或牛肉
1 silken tofu 1 丝豆腐
3 cloves garlic 大蒜 3瓣
2-3 tablespoon vegetable oil 菜油2-3汤匙
some spring onion for garnishing 一些葱
Marinate Meat:
1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4茶匙盐,1/8茶匙胡椒粉,1/2茶匙糖
Seasoning:
1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce 生抽1/2汤匙
1 tablespoon abalone sauce/oyster sauce 鲍鱼/蚝油 1汤匙
1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce 老抽 1/2茶匙
1 tablespoon shaoxing wine 绍兴酒 1汤匙
1.5 teaspoon cornstarch 玉米淀粉1.5 茶匙
125 ml water (1/2 cup)125毫升水(1/2杯)
