Day 51: #abripperdaily - the most effective ab workouts you'll find on the interwebs for free.
First time seeing an ab ripper daily workout?
You have two options
1.) Head back to the beginning and start from day 1 for a full 8 week ab program (see highlight or full program on youtube)
2.) Dive right in and hit this workout and hit the new ones as they come out every day after
Always remember - there are principles behind this approach and the goal of ab ripper daily is to definitely provide awesome ab workouts but also to help you learn how to create your own following the formula that will set you up for longterm success (shredded abs)
The formula:
3 to 5 rounds (about 10-15 minute)
1.) Ab exercise that targets entire abdominal region pretty equally
2.) Ab exercise that targets the "upper 4" (curling shoulders toward hips or off the ground)
3.) Ab exercise that targets the "lower 4" (curling hips toward shoulders or off the ground)
4.) Ab exercise that challenges the obliques in a crunching or anti-rotational fashion.
5.) Ab exercise that works the abs/obliques through a rotational movement.
As long as you stick to the formula, you will see the results. So don't worry if you can't do one of the exercise in the daily prescribed workout - just substitute an exercise you can do that still works the abs in accordance with the formula. Aka substitute a similar exercise - don't worry you'll be learning plenty of ab exercises throughout this program:)
