Ma Muang nam pla wan is a classic Thai dish that is a combination of unripe mangoes and sweetened sticky dipping sauce. The sauce is perfect with green mango, but you could substitute strawberry green apple or pineapple provides a taste as good as green mango.

INGREDIENTS
2-3 pieces of green mangoes
350 g palm sugar
80 g Thai shallots
100 g dried shrimps
2 Tbsp Thai fish sauce
3 Tbsp water
1 tsp chili flakes
5-6 pieces of dried chili (optional)
5-6 pieces of bird's eye chili (optional)
