This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Detroit Tigers 1984 World Series championship. It was a storybook season, including the incredible 35-5 start that was the talk of the baseball world. Former Tigers catcher Lance Parrish was one of the stars of that team, hitting 27 home runs with 98 RBI.
Lance collaborated with Tom on a new book recounting that championship season and team. The Enchanted Season is available now in book stores.
