Almond Soy Milk made my family favorite soy milk with bittersweet almond with just one touch button using Bruno Hot Soup Blender.
Ingredients: yield about 350ml soy milk
2 cup (provided) soaked organic soy bean
1 cup soaked bittersweet almond (南北杏仁)
water
sugar to taste, optional
1 pandan leave (optional), cut smaller pieces

Method
1. Separately soaked soy bean and bittersweet almond overnight or at least 3-5 hours before using
2. Add soaked bittersweet almond, soy beans and pandan leaves (if using) in the blender
3. Add water to the MAX level line
4. Put on the lid, lock and switch on the powder
5. Select “soy milk” and the blender will start the cooking & blending process
6. When ended the blender will beeps and went on standby mode
7. Unlock and remove the lid to enjoy your freshly made hot soy milk

📝 note
- you can either sieve or leave the soy milk as it own. The residues are very fine which resemble apple purée
