The song is our devotional tribute to Lord Shiva on the special occasion
of Maha Shivraatri.
Lord Shiva. We all know him by many names like
Mahadev, Mahakaal, Shankar, Roodra, Jatadhaari, Neelkantha, Aadiyogi,
Trilochana, Natraaj, Bholenath and many more.
We have used some of these names in the song and tried to explain
why he is called by these names.

Shiva is also void and the same everywhere
Shiva is the balance, he is the creator as well as the destroyer.
Shiva, who has the poison of all the oddities of the world,
has the purity and coolness of the moon and the Ganges in its Hairdo,

यह गीत महा शिवरात्रि के विशेष अवसर पर भगवान शिव को हमारी श्रद्धांजलि है।
भगवान शिव। हम सभी उन्हें महादेव, महाकाल, शंकर, रूद्र, जटाधरी, नीलकंठ, आदियोगी, त्रिलोचन, नटराज, भोलेनाथ और कई नामों से जानते हैं। हमने गाने में इनमें से कुछ नामों का इस्तेमाल किया है और यह समझाने की कोशिश की है कि उन्हें इन नामों से क्यों बुलाया जाता है।
शून्य भी शिव है और वही सर्वत्र भी
शिव ही संतुलन है वो रचइता भी है और विध्वंसक भी
संसार की समस्त विषमताओं के ज़हर को अपने कंठ समाने वाला शिव जिसकी जटाओं मे चंद्र और गंगा की पवित्रता और शीतलता बस्ती है और जिसके हृदय में भूत प्रेत और अघोरियों के लिए विशेष स्थान है, जिसके नृत्य मे विनाश थिरकता है और उसकी मुस्कुराहट मे जीवन वो संसार के सभी धन ऐश्वर्य और ख्याति से दूर है जिसे ना सम्मान का मोह है और ना ही अपमान का भय
मैं उस शिव का परिचय क्या दूं जो किसी भी प्रकार के परिचय से परे है, महादेव के बारे में जानना कुछ ऐसा है जैसा एक बूंद का समंदर में गिरना, हम उसे जीतन जानने कि कोशिश करते है वो उतना ही विशाल होता जाता है शिव रूपी समुद्र मे मै बूंद बन के अपनी पहचान खो देता हूं और शिव मे विलय हो जाता हूं और फिर कुछ भी जानने कि आवश्यकता नहीं रह जाती।
मेरी प्रार्थना है शिव आपके जीवन की सभी कठिनाइयों को हर ले।
ये गाना शिव की महारात्री के अवसर पर T Music की ओर से एक भेंट मात्र है।
