prog rock bands from the seventies: Buenos deseos (Good wishes) by Crack (Spain, 1979).
Crack was one of the most interesting prog rock bands from Spain in the late seventies (Gijón, Asturias, 1978) . Their only album "Si Todo Hiciera Crack" is considered by many prog rock fans as one of the jewels of the Spanish progressive rock scene (rock progresivo). It contains seven tracks, all with a beautiful harmony between keyboards, guitar and flute. You will hear hints of early Genesis (sensitive piano chords and moving mellotron waves) and Jethro Tull (flute) although the typical Spanish climate and the elaborate compositions are also present in their music. Here we listen to Buenos deseos (Good wishes).
Crack members:
Alex Cabal(bass),
Alberto Fontaneda (guitar, flute and vocals),
Mento Hevia (keyboards and vocals),
Manolo Jimenez (drums) and
Rafael Rodriguez (guitar).

Good wishes (Crack Lyrics)
Cuando nadie ya contaba con cambiar
volvió a brillar en los ojos
el sol de esperanzas perdidas,
rotas por el temporal,
que ojalá se haya ido.
No quisiera verme más
rodeado de horizontes de tonos grises
que no podría soportar.
No podría soportar.
