First I'd like to apologize for the shaky video, as I move forward with my DIY projects I will have some method of stabilization for the camera.

This will be a mini series of videos as I progress through testing 18650 cells that I have salvaged out of used laptop battery packs.
This is inspired solely for the sake of trying to speed up the process of checking for usable cells in my DIY powerwall. I recommend everyone use their own best judgement when handling Lithium Ion cells.
