On 4th August nineteen forty five, a wooden replica of the great seal of the United States was given as a gift to the US ambassador to the Soviet union mr. Averell herriman by the Russians as a sign of friendship. mr. Herriman checked the gift, and found it was just a wooden art piece, no wires or batteries inside it. but unknown to herriman, that the device had a membrane!
