Ingredients
2 tbsp of cumin seeds
2 tbsp of coriander seeds
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp fresh garlic
Juice of 1 fresh lemon juice (small)
10 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Roast the cumin and coriander seeds in a pan.
2. Let them cool down, then blend them or grind them using a mortar.
3. If you do not have the seeds at hand, simply take the powder.
4. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
5. Taste and see if anything is missing, adjust the sauce to your taste.
