INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbs olive oil
13 oz smoked turkey sausage
1 large onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
10 oz can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with green chiles (I used four small-ish fresh tomatoes, plus half a 4 oz can of diced green chiles)
1/2 cup milk
8 oz dried small pasta shells
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
3-4 scallions, sliced
