CRISPY CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE :
Chicken wings ½ kg
For marination:
Garlic 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
mix all well and leave it for 30 mins

Ingredients for Coating :
Flour 1 cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp

METHOD FOR COATING :
Mix together. Now coat chicken wings in this mixture, dip in chilled water, again in flour mixture, and deep fry on medium flame, fry till light golden.

METHOD FOR SAUCE :
Heat 1 tbsp butter, add crushed garlic 1 tbsp, fry 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, ketchup 2 tbsp, green chili sauce 2 tbsp, crushed red pepper ½ tsp, salt ½ tsp, oregano ½ tsp, mix all well, add the fried chicken wings in sauce, coat well and serve.

MANGO FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE RECIPE :
Bread slices 6 cut in squares
Milk 1 ½ cup
Evaporated milk ½ tin
Condensed milk ½ tin
Cream 1 packet
Eggs 5
Sugar ½ cup
Mango cubes 2 cups
Mango essence ½ tsp

METHOD :
Grease a 9 x 9 Pyrex dish with butter, spread it with bread squares, and top with mangoes. In a bowl mix together all the three milk, cream, essence and egg, sugar, beat well, pour this mixture on bread with mangoes, top with 2-ounce butter, bake for 25 mins, remove, and drizzle with caramel syrup, some more cubes of mangoes.

TARRAGON FARFALLE RECIPE :
Farfalle boiled 3 cups
Butter 2 ounce + oil 2 tbsp
Flour 3 tbsp
Milk 2 cups
Cream 1 packet
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Capsicum cut into small cubes ½
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Dried basil 1 tsp
Tarragon 1 tsp
Sweet corn ½ cup
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp

METHOD :
Heat butter and oil, add garlic powder with flour, milk, and all the rest, cook till slightly thick, mix in the boiled farfalle with sweet corn and capsicum, and serve hot with garlic bread.
