You can easily make this Dynamic Turn Signal and Daytime Running Light (DRL) system by using an Arduino Nano. You can adjust the length of the light and colour of the DRL based on your requirement. Full step by step guide is included in this video. Then all you have to do is, give 12V power to the light system and connect turn light signal and DRL switch or park light signal with this light.
