Warm Up
Triset ONE 15 reps each | back-to-back exercises
1. Front squat, 2 x 25lbs / 11kg (my dumbbell weight for reference only)
2. Single arm high row, 20lbs / 9kg
3. Front raise, 2 x 7.5lbs / 3.5kg
Rest then repeat once
Triset TWO 15 reps each | back-to-back exercises
1. Alternating chest press, 2 x 20lbs / 9kg
2. Curl with ISO hold, 2 x 12.5lbs /5.5kg
3. Skull crushers, 2 x 12.5lbs / 5.5kg
Rest then repeat once
Cool down stretch
