Today we talked is this video about typhidot . there are two types of typhidot one is IG M, and other Ig G . The Method of test is as follows. Take a sample 2 cc patients and centrigfuge it ad speed 3000 of rmp 5 to 10 mints. Now take 50 ul serum patients and add 50 ul buffer and notes after 5 to 15 mints results. If a red line appears at the place of C then this control line indicates that over device is ok. If red line appears at place of T1 then is means IG M Positive. and if the line comes in place of T2 then this IG G will be Positive if T1. T2 do come in front of the line then it will be Negative.
