It takes total body workouts to truly see toned muscles in places where you may have a little more stored fat.
The exercises shown for triceps:
Overhead press
kickback
long arm extension
combo
skull crusher
You can also do dips and triceps pushups but be careful with that if you have shoulder issues or can't yet support your body weight in a push up.
Total body workouts twice weekly are key to really seeing the benefits of arm exercises. So don't forget the benefit of rest. Just 2 -3 times weekly is best for arm exercises and twice weekly has proven best for our program participants based on science and proven over 9 years.
