Here I brew the Mangrove Jack's New Zealand Brewers Pale Ale with wheat malt and added hops. I have adapted the Coopers DIY recipe for Marilyn's Secret Ale, but I substituted the Sparkling Ale for the Mangrove Jack's Pale Ale. The recipe states that final product should be in the style of an American Blonde Ale, but in turned out more like a juicy, hazy pale ale due to wheat malt - which I really liked. It is a great way to enhance a beer kit with the addition of a dry hops. Feel free to change the base kit to whatever takes your fancy and experiment with different yeasts. The recipe I used is as follows:

1 x Mangrove Jack's New Zealand Brewers Pale Ale
1kg Dried Wheat Malt Extract
500g Light Dried Malt Extract
25g Motueka Hop Pellets
25g Victoria Secret Hop Pellets
I used Kit yeast plus 1 x 10g sachet of Gervin Yeast, but any ale yeast would work.

I will definitely be doing this one again. It turned out fantastic.
