Designed for those with little or no experience using tax credits, this popular short course provides a basic overview of tax credit financing and how the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) works. Participants are guided through a case study that highlights aspects of the decision-making processes involved with, and the utility of, the Low Income Housing Tax Credit. In addition to LIHTC, this training sessions also offers an overview of the basics of Renewable Energy tax credits.
