I almost never get flat tires on my fat bike commuter with sealant in the tubes but I got one yesterday. I had to have my wife bring me a spare tube because I didn't have one with me like I knew I should have. At least I had a spare at home. And while I wasn't late for work, I wasn't early either. That flat tire easily cost me $50, accounting for everything. Probably more.

Airless tires are totally a thing but they're very expensive relative to what most people normally spend on bike tires, roughly double the cost of a basic tube/tire/labor. Much of that cost is the labor to install them. Not featured in the video is me hand inserting all the plastic clips that are subsequently locked into the rim, sometimes on both sides.

The company rates them at 5k miles and the ride quality is very close to quality pneumatic tires.

The catch:
Do your best not to skid, these are still wear items susceptible to abrasive forces. Clips are single use, labor intensive or impossible to replace spokes should the need arise. Really only intended for commuters on reasonably well maintained streets. Underwhelming traction, especially above ~15mph. Not available as plus or fat size tires.

Overall Impression: Fantastic for urban and suburban commuters who don't ride super fast and value reliability. The high up-front cost will likely save money over their lifetime in tube changes, rides, and missed work.
