I don't want to steal your time. You can jump directly to the individual exercises here.
2:00 1a Blocks & Chunks - be totally aware of your hand positions. Think, feel and grip.
1b bondage exercise in a block - try to move your fingers individually while holding the block down. (not in this video - check my video: [ Ссылка ])
2:14 1c Play very slowly and make sure that your fingers don't "stick". Every note has the same length.
2:35 1d Now play the tone sequence as short as possible. Stakkatissimo! More articulations are shown in the second video.
2:53 2 start in different positions. For my opinion this exercise is the most important of all exercises, because it trains you ears like no other exercise. The articulation pattern helps to better feel the new Downbeat!
3:58 3 doublings (play the first two notes twice - this helps for better evenness) - start on all 4 positions
4:53 4 Fast groupings
4a Groups of 2 (starting at position 1 & 2)
4b Groups of 4 (starting at all 4 positions) - not in this video
4c Groups of 3
4d Groups of 5
5:57 5a Rhythmization (start on all 4 positions)
6:30 5b rhythmically displaced
6:54 6a Articulation 1
7:33 7 Addition method
8:18 8 Backward Method
9:00 9 Speed Up Method
9:38 10 Imitation Method
