In spring, bonito is in season here in Japan!
I made a light roasted bonito sashimi called #warayaki or #tataki.
It was kinda windy day though!😅
Bonito goes bad easily, so people like to roast the surface like this to last long. In Kochi prefecture where is famous for warayaki, people love to enjoy eating this with just garlic and salt.
