October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, so we’re inviting experts Dr. Loree Johnson, Kathryn Gardner, and Dusty Williams to share their insight and expertise with host . In this 1-hour Q&A webinar*, you’ll learn how to best support mothers struggling with infertility or perinatal loss.
Facilitator: Katayune Kaeni, Psy.D., PMH-C, is a private practice psychologist in California certified in perinatal mental health. She has worked locally and nationally to train providers in perinatal mental health and advocate for new moms and families. Dr. Kat volunteers for Postpartum Support International (PSI) as the Executive Board Member-At-Large and the chair of the certification, education and training committee. She was a subject matter expert for PSI's certification exam development.
Dr. Kat is the creator and host of Mom & Mind Podcast, which focuses on perinatal mental health and wellness. Through interviews with experts and people sharing personal stories of healing, the podcast raises the volume on issues related to perinatal mental health. The Mom & Mind Podcast aims to give information, reduce stigma and support families in the transition to parenthood.

Dr. Loree Johnson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Coach in private practice with more than 25 years of experience as a clinician, educator, and clinical supervisor.Specializing in women’s mental health and reproductive health, Dr. Loree helps her clients overcome the emotional challenges that come with infertility - including pregnancy loss and emotional trauma. She also helps couples, who have become divided by their fertility journey, strengthen their connection. Dr. Loree is a clinical fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and has served on both its state and national boards.

Kathryn D. Gardner is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional. She is the owner of Tranquility Health and Reproductive Wellness, LLC, a specialty counseling practice for women coping before, during and after pregnancy in Illinois and Florida. She has sought out specialty training and education in women’s reproductive health issues for over 15 years. She is a co-founder and previous Group Leader of the Cherished Angel Perinatal Loss support group at OSF Little Company of Mary Medical Center. She is the past Chair of the Board for Postpartum Support International – Illinois Chapter. She has a YouTube Channel “Kathryn Gardner” that focuses on women’s reproductive health issues, self-care and offers easy coping tools during pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood. Dusty Williams, LMHC, is a private practice owner and psychotherapist in Jacksonville, FL who specializes in supporting those who are struggling with the crisis of infertility, pregnancy loss, and reproductive trauma. She founded Thrive (in)Fertility Counseling in 2007 where she provides therapy services to her local community, as well as remote coaching sessions for her out-of-state and international clients. She also provides psychological services to Reproductive Endocrinology clinics.
