And finally, turning now to Afghanistan... where a suicide bombing in the capital Kabul has killed at least eight people and injured 13 others.
Paul, do we know who's responsible for the attack?
Afghan investigators say they are still gathering evidence at the scene of the explosion which ripped through a bus carrying civilians and military personnel.
The explosion happened in the heavily secured downtown area near Kabul University at a time of increased attacks by the Taliban and other insurgents across the country.
Witnesses say the suicide bomber approached the bus on foot right before the blast.
"While I was walking on this road suddenly I heard a huge explosion, after that I saw smoke and dust covering the area, I rushed to see what happened when I reached the area there were seven to eight people martyred and wounded, we took all of them into a car and sent them hospital."
The violence comes amid heightened political tensions over the disputed second round of the presidential election, which will represent the first democratic transfer of power in Afghanistan's history.
