Learn a basic outer arm roll with this contact poi tutorial! This may be the most recognizable move in contact poi and today we're drilling it down. Contact poi rolls can be over many different surfaces of the body, but the outer forearm roll is likely the most popular of these. In this beginner contact poi tutorial I'll take you through several drills for mastering the basic contact poi including how to hold the contact poi in cradle, how to begin rolls, and how to enter poi contact rolls.
