For the Macadamia Crusted Halibut with Brown Butter dish, I started by toasting the Panko and Macadamia nuts in the oven. Once they were done, I processed them in a food processor until they reached the desired consistency. I heated up some olive oil and butter in a pan and then added the fish. On the side, I prepared Italian-style zucchini and squash, along with some wild rice.
