This is quick session, which does the job. I haven't gone heavy, as this is 5 rounds total, and you definitely feel the burn. I have 30kg in total. It gets your heart rate up, and them muscles going, perfect little session to add on with another one of my workouts.
You can do this with a barbell, even dumbbells if you wanted to adapt. This cheeky could be a great practice set with a broom, maybe an empty barbell.
Dont forget to do your warm ups, mobility and stretching prior to this session.
