The United States will mark the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks on Sunday and a journalist who witnessed and reported from scene in New York on that fateful day remembers it vividly. Carmen Maria Rodriguez was on a Ferry heading to the financial district when a passenger alerted her to a ball of flames in the 110-story north tower of the World Trade Centre - the beginning of a terrorist attack that would kill the vast majority of the almost 3000 people who perished on a bright sunny day in September, 2001. But 15 years later, the once devastated area that was Manhattan's downtown is once again spurting with life.
