Recipe:
In a bowl add all purpose flour, oil, salt and knead the dough
cover it and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes
In a pressure cooker add 1/4 walnut oil or nay other cooking oil and add onions. Fry the onions on medium flame for 2 minutes, add ginger-garlic paste and cook for another 1 minute add chopped meat and fry until its color changes. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper.
Add 1 1/2 cup of water and cook it for 30 minutes in the pressure cooker.
Put the filling in a bowl and add 1/2 a chopped medium sized onion.
Add 2 table spoons of mint and coriander, 1/3 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/3 teaspoon of mixed spices and 2 green chilies
Roll the dough into 2 equal sizes. add the filling, and spread it evenly keeping it away from the edges
Place the other rolled dough on top and fold the edges.
In a cooking pan place your Chap Shoro and fry it in walnut oil
