What’s the difference between anxiety attacks and panic attacks? Many people use anxiety attacks as a way to describe panic attacks and vice versa – and that’s understandable, because they do have a lot of overlapping symptoms, but it’s important to understand the difference because the approach to treatment for each is different and by understanding the difference, it means you can take the right steps to navigate anxiety and panic in a more practical way that allows you to resolve it more effectively.
This will help you understand the difference and the next steps to overcoming both.
In the next video in this series, I’ll explain how panic attacks develop and what steps you can take to stop them from coming back: [ Ссылка ]
