The Seven Sacred Teachings, also known as the Teachings of the Seven Grandfathers, is a set of teachings on human conduct towards others. They are what was traditionally and still is to this day needed in order for communities to survive.
►#1: To cherish knowledge is to know Wisdom;
►#2: To know Love is to know peace;
►#3: To honor all of the Creation is to have Respect;
►#4: Bravery is to face the foe with integrity;
►#5: Honesty also means “righteousness”, be honest first with yourself – in word and action;
►#6: Humility is to know yourself as a sacred part of the Creation,
►#7: Truth is to know all of these things.
Today I’d like to share with you 7 of my personal truths that have led me to discover and live my nirvana. 7 teachings and insights that have changed my life – and may change yours, too.
►#1: The definition of discovering you truth is when the seeker disappears.
What you are seeking, is seeking you just as much. Everything you can imagine is inside of you already.
►#2: You are not a human being having a spiritual experience, you’re a spiritual being immersed in a human experience.
I realized that spirit doesn't live in my body. My body lives in my spirit. Allow your human nature to unfold into its destiny. Remain as you are.
►#3: To be LOVE does not mean pursuing a religious doctrine.
All of true spirituality is grounded in silence, quietness, awareness, consciousness. All spiritual teachings end up beyond the words, beyond argument and persuasion, beyond what can be heard.
►#4: Humour is a blessing from GOD.
Never take yourself too seriously, you are way more beautiful than that.
►#5: True, lasting, happiness cannot be found in anything outside of you.
Find the happiness that is your natural way of being, and all that is beautiful, pure and joyous will flow in abundance from that place.
►#6: Become more aware of what’s really worth your energy.
What you focus on, expands. What you give attention to, grows. The power is in your hands. Choose now to move forward from where you are, and leave the past behind you.
►#7: Your ability to think is extraordinary; your ability not to think is even MORE extraordinary. A waterfall is not trying to be beautiful it just is. You do not need to try to be anything. Let go, feel what it feels like to be exquisitely YOU. Nothing more, and nothing less.
So my invitation to you is to discover how beautiful you are already. Find that place beyond thought and stay there. You’ll find heaven on earth right here and now!
