A few days ago I saw a good deal on a second hand Roland JU-06A, and hey, who can let such a deal just fly away. So if I don't like it, I can always sell it, I thought and got it. There I broke my no-more-synths-until-I-sold-off-a-few-others rule - again.

As with the SE-02, after the first minute of use I just found myself smiling like a maniac, just flipping through the sounds. Today, just an hour ago, I continued playing around with the Juno-60 part (I haven't touched the Juno-106 yet) and came up with some nice sound alterations I thought I just need to record for my digital notebook for later use. But it sounded so nice, so I quickly rearranged my temporary work spot and added some light, and did a short video. I'm playing around with a sound, the arpeggio, adding delay and chorus after a while. While the darkness enters outside I found my self flying away with the arpeggiator and chord progressions.

So what do you think, is this synth module nice or is it great? My first impressions: JU-06A's Juno-60 part sounds really great! So far I don't mind the 4-voice polyphony limit, which many have said to be the main reason for not getting one. With the arpeggio it really does not matter anyway, it seems, since tones are usually short on release. Well, what's your view on this? Enjoy!
